Woo Hoo... it's Tuesday. What are your plans for the day?
I think I'm going to go to the tanning salon & start on my tan. It's to cold to lay out still, but atleast it's getting warmer slowly but surely.

Warm here in Vegas right now, Donna. I have a nice farmer tan. 
Going to look at a new quad for my daughter.
Do any of you northerners have any info on ATV trail riding around your areas? We may come up for Easter weekend. Casual mountain trails are our favorite type to ride.

@William-There are lots of trails in the mountains east of here, some of them get you up into the pinons. Larry can tell you more about them if you'll be out this way.
@ Donna-The Reno trip was a last minute kind of thing, I went up with a few girlfriends to another friends house for drinks and dinner. I will let you know next time :-)! I did hear about Fernley, they are going with NASCAR instead of IMCA, as the nights they wanted to race IMCA were already taken by the tracks in Fallon and Fernley. You can't have an IMCA race on the same night as another track within a certain distance. I don't know how many people that will bring in, it's not NASCAR like you see on TV, just a different dirt track series. I don't think our class will be racing there at all.
Our first race is in Lovelock this Saturday (weather permitting), anyone out this way is welcome to join us!

Maybe next time we can get together & meet up somewhere. I''d like to meet you & get to know more about your racing experience & how you got started. So, what do you race - motorcycles or cars? Hopefully we'll see you at the track or lake at some point in time this year.

TGIF everyone!
That would be fun! Bruce says he's coming to some races this year too. I don't race anymore, I used to race quads, 20 years ago when I healed up better. My husband drives our race car, he's been racing since he was 8, and his dad used to race. We have a Sprint 360 dirt track car right now. We also have a class 8 desert off road truck that is too expensive to run anymore. Last year we had a pro-stock, and a few years before that an IMCA modified. Same motor, smaller car = much faster!

My weekend was great! I worked medical at Thunderbowl Speedway here in MoundHouse on Saturday, & Sunday was my last day at the General Store.

Hi again...
Well, that was quick lived! I just received a phone call from "The General Store" & our cook was arrested for unpaid speeding tickets when he got to work. So the girl that was supposed to replace me today, had to come in & cook instead. So...I was asked to fill in & work/close tonight. Guess Sunday wasn't my last day after all!
Oh well, so much for going to Calif for lottery tickets!
