Serpentine Belt squealing

Serpentine Belt squealing
I put a new serpentine belt on my 95 f 250 4x4 (351w) 2 weeks ago and seemed to be fine up till a few days ago.Now the belt I bought at advanced auto parts they had 2 so I got the better of the 2 belts they had. I bought the Dayco Poly rib belt was about $35.Anyway now 2 weeks later the surpentine belt is squealing everyday but it doesnt start to do it untill the truck hits 30 to 35 mph and over for some reason.I bought that belt spray stuff sprayed all the pulleys still make the squealing. So someone told me since my trucks has over 200k to change the belt tensioner-pully thing. So I got one right from the ford dealer but the old tensioner wont come off its like its locked on.I sprayed it for a few days with Catalyst spray nothing the tensioner is locked on.I even used a big breaker bar with the wrench to try to bust it lose nothing and I think if I pushed it any harder i would snap the bolt inside the tensioner. How the heck can I get this thing off?The belt squealing is really annoying funny thing though the old belt was on there for to many years like 10 years and never did any squeling at all ever.Any thoughts how to get this thing off and why it only makes the squealing sound at 30 to 35mph and over?any info will help thanks

I could be wrong here but perhaps the tensioner bolt is left-hand thread? I know the pulley mounting bolt is. I changed my tensioner about over a year ago, cannot recall what thread it is.
You could exchange the pulleys as a test to see if that helps you any. I suspect there is something else going on to cause the squealing, but you need to start eliminating other things.
