66 forntend
HI, I am new to the site and to building a restoring. I have a 66 f100 p/up that I am wanting to mod, I have been thinking about taking the front end from a 02 Harley Edition and putting under my 66. Does anyone know if this will work or does anyone have better ideas? Also going to get motor and trans from the Harley truck for the 66.

i'm a fan of the twin i beam front end but to each their own. your lug pattern would be different, if that doesn't bother you take out your tape measure. also look into the crown victoria ifs swap, i'll try and find the thread but it looked super easy. and post pics of this beast as your building it up!

I have a small block 400 police interceptor motor in it and the front and rearends are from a 79 ford. it has been sitting for about 20+ years and my dad has not touched it hardly since. I have been wanting to do this for 15 yrs now, and I am now getting the chance to do this. I will post a pic of the general look I am going for. I reall like the supercharged 5.4 for the truck. I found the motor trans w/ computer and wiring harness along with the frontend for what I think is a good price. The donor truck has only 43k miles and I'm buying the whole setup for 4k.

Yes there is a lot of Darksiders as you will soon be called. I ain't one of them per say. I do like a few modern safety and comfort upgrades but still like to retain the old school feel of them. Trucks that is.
