It might not be a clogged pick up screen. There are three screens in the pick up line. Two are tube screens in the yellow plastic mixing chamber and one larger screen is on the bottom of the boot.

I tell you even if your screens are not clogged I suggest doing the mod I just did. Now there will be no question about needing to drop the tank or not needing to drop the tank. If I have a problem my starting place is no longer "In the tank". It will be at the Detroit Diesel filter head next to the transfer case on the frame. Here is a pic of the tube screen POS. Oh the photowas taken with a macro lens so the size of the tube is hard to figure by looking at the pic. It is about as big as your pinkie finger.

I dont know why the pic didn't show up, maybe I put it on the wornd thread. Here you go this is the little bastage that has been creating a hate for a long time now. The mod yall showed me was awesome. cheap perminent fix.
