I have a 1989 F-350 with a 7.3L diesel and installed new lift pump and new filters and it runs for about 2 hours and then quits this was problem before changing lift pump and filters.

once it cools yes it will start again and it has had the ip pump pulled and rebuilt just before he bought truck and he put about 4000 miles on it before problem started could it be a FSS problem after running that long
I read recently in the stickies at oilburners.net that a bad injection pump will sometimes cause a no start when hot.
Have you checked for voltage to the fuel shutoff valve on top of the inj pump?
