OK I have a 1975 f 250 highboy 4x4 that for some reason doesnt have power steering on it. My question is can take the power steering setup from a 1974 f250 2wd and make it work. Are they the same or different? Was the 4x4 more heavy duty or what. Please let me know. Thanks p.s. the whole power steering setup from the box down.
-use system email, PM please-

The ps box for the 78-79 , f250 , 4x4 is the Proper ps box to retro fit onto your 75 truck. That company up there in kansas..^^^^^(800-222-****)...has Picture's of all the various steering linkages and sells all the parts that you will need in their catalogue. If you are going to take the time too make the conversion you should at least USE the correct parts...in my opinion.
