Spare tire rack?

Spare tire rack?
Has anyone used the rack LMC sells for the tire in the bed under the rear window? If so is it sturdy? Trying to decide if i want it under or not. Also looking for maybe four stainless fold down clips i could bolt to bed floor for hold downs. Thanks Bob
