2008 F350 backup lights won't work

The backup lights on my 2008 F350 with 6-speen manual transmission won't come on. Where do I start looking for the problem? TIA

Fuse F33 in the BJB.
Reversing lamp relay in the BJB.
Reversing lamp switch on top of transmission.

When the transmission is placed in reverse, the switch closes and applies a ground to the low side of the relay's coil. The relay energizes and switches power (fed from F33) to the lamp circuit.
