MY TURN

Got a simple problem, today the freaking fuel tank switch came loose and pushed up in the dash. Anyone know if its clipped in place or screwed in?

And you think I can get to it without popping the dash? Sure hope so, if not my Lazy butt my have to run one tank a while lol

You only have to remove the bezel to get at it . 2 trim pieces pop out with a screw driver . 2 -7 mm screws & it comes out ..

You're right . I forgot about the HL switch .A square notch in the **** with a clip that you need to release . Unless it pulls loose from the switch itself . Mine has gone both ways ...

I've done mine so many times I'm on auto pilot when I do it ...

Just go slow. Some of those pieces are pretty fragile and can break easy...

I'll look into that, Mine has wood veneer over it. I will have to dig around. Looks like the switch was held on with a screw.
