I changed mine out in about 45 minutes. As for the clips, just grab them with a pair of needle nose and wiggle them straight up. It's easy. The botton one, I just used a deep well socket, reached down push it on the plastic and pull on the bottom of the headlight. I don't remember what size the socket is but the same plastic part is on the new light, try it there to get a feel for it.
