I have a 2003 Expedition. The gauges intermittently sweep, power windows quit working and radio goes off and on all at the same time.
Local Ford dealer said he thought there was a TSB out on the issue and it was because of a water leak (windshield). I searched the TSB's here and found TSB 16692 and it sounds like it could be what my problem is but I can't find any information on how to fix the problem.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem and hopefully know who to repair it? I've already checked fuses, relays and grounds.
Another Ford mechanic said it sounded like a body control module but I can't find anything on that module for a 2003 Expedition. Some service manuals I've read said the instrument cluster is its own module and if replaced needs to be reprogrammed.
