I've read through many threads regarding installation of aftermarket (Warn, Mile Marker) manual locking hubs to replace the failure-prone factory automatic hubs (giving 2WD-Low capability!). However, I also see that the '05 and up use a different hub than 2004 and prior. Mile Marker has no application for my '05.
I have not seen anyone find an aftermarket manual hub lock for a 2005 or newer truck.
However, they did make factory manual hub locks for trucks with manual transfer cases. I would be surprised if a factory manual hub lock would not fit in place of an automatic one. A dealer would probably be able to help you get them.
You would just need to disconnect and plug off the vacuum lines.
