Gear oils?
I am getting ready to change my gear oils and transfer case. Do I need 4 qts for rear and 3 qts for front diff? How many qts of atf for transfer case? Thanks for the help. 04 f250 ccsb 6.0l

Well the previous was a bit harsh, but I have to agree that if you're going to be doing your own work, you really should invest in a manual. Even the owner's manual should have that information.

Your front axle holds 5.8 pints of SAE 80W-90 gear lube.
Your rear axle holds 8.5 pints of SAE 75W-140. Do not forget the friction modifier if you have an LS rear differential.
Use synthetic.

The transfer case capacity is right around 2 quarts. Might as well spend the extra money on a good synthetic ATF for the T case because you do not need to buy much.
Then what am I going to use to level the coffee table?

Don't add any friction modifier initially. Add in 2-oz increments if you notice it binding in corners and give it plenty of time to mix in between additions. Most aftermarket synthetic fluids already have the modifier in them. Amsoil Severe Gear is awesome fluid, its what I went with and highly recommend.

Thats what I am using and I never added any more modifier to it and my limited slip still hooks with 113K on it!
