Hello,
I have a glove box door that is missing both springs. I was able thanks to this forum locate replacement springs. Now I'm pretty handy, but I just can't figure out how the springs are installed to keep the glove box door in the closed position. I would appreciate somebody pointing me in the correct direction.
Thanks,
John
I'll email you some pics tomorrow...I just replaced mine the other day.You need to remove the cardboard glove-box liner first...send me a PM to remind me. If it helps...the door should actually want to stay closed...once you begin to close it, it will snap shut.

Sorry for the wait on the photo of the spring...you may have it solved by now...if not. here it is...tilt your head
to the left and you are looking at the left side of the glove box spring with the cardboard removed...didn't have
a chance to edit it for you. As I said, the door should want to snap shut when closing....hope this helps.
Jason
Try it without removing the liner. You can see from the pictures how it has to go. It is easy to do with the liner in place once you know what has to be done.
