89 f350

hello all i came across an 89 f350 crew cab long bed sitting on 46in tires.it has some sort of homemade steering crap so it is not driveable at all. i'm looking to do a cross over steering but have no idea what axle and how much lift.any info will help thanks for your time

Should be a Dana 60 axle. As for the rest I don`t know.
