What I did.
Put a decent amount of the arp lube that comes with the studs.
Put them only in hand tight the directions seemed to make sure they were really only hand tight. I used a Allen key just tightened them down snugly.
Then put the heads on, I did the push rods then rocker arms, torque the 10mm rocker arm bolts first.
Then I lubed the studs again put the washers on then nuts.
Did 75/150/210 from the first 2 in the middle out.
I would a generous amount of lube.

Here you go!
Remember depending on what lube your kit came with your final torque may vary. With the new Ultra lube final torque was 210 ft lbs, With the old moly lube it was like 245 ft lbs. But I'm sure all the old kits with the old lube have been run through and or updated.

all 3 of yall are life savers!! thanks i really didnt wanna have to call and wait on hold or search forever! and yea it came with ultra lube and mkm customs sent me another bigger tube of extra lube i think
