2nd time a charm

Ok so about a year and half ago I had blew my head gaskets. So I tore the whole motor aprart got everything cleaned machines and check for squareness... while it was apart I installed head studs a 03 turbo on a 04 truck egr cooler delete and a oil cooler remount or delete (whatever u wanna call it).. anyways I installed a sct x3 with a custom x-tream street tune..... it ran very well intill about 2weeks ago it got really hot... so I took it in and what do you know burn through ANOTHER set of head gaskets well got a call today and I guess when I installed the crank shaft I didn't allign it right so it was advance about 20%...so. I guess I never really felt the FULL power of a tuned f250. Sorry I just had to tell somebody...

Thanks

Thats a drag! Lot of work to redo from a little error. Are you doing yourself again? (nevermind I see you took it in) Did you tear down the whole motor to check for squareness because of any previous problems?

Well we tore the motor down the second time cause I had a vibration in the motor and oil leaks on the front and rear seal.... well come to find out when I pulled the crank shaft I pulled the hub on the back of it off and I was not supposed to remove it lol
