Dual Exhaust
Hello Guys/Gals...What would happen if I had a muffler shop turn my stock exhaust into a true dual exhaust system with 2 magnaflow mufflers on my 6.9L N/A diesel?

Not much more then a good bump HP and TQ just like any other motor.
I think 2.5 would be as big as you wanna go to help keep the torque up. Maybe even 2" would be fine becouse of the lower rpm you drive at.

2 inch exhaust on any v8 diesel or not does no good for anyone.It chokes it out and if sound is what your after....well 2inch just isn't gonna cut it.Me personally I would go 2.5 inch to the mufflers and run 3 inch tailpipes.

Because I'm tight on cash, would it be ok to get two glass packs, and run the exhaust straight off each side with it's own glass pack with the cat out of the picture?
This truck is loud as it is now but, would it be "get a ticket" loud?
