02 starting issues

this was all when it was up to temperature, now that you say that i do remember it was right around 480psi at idle. Everything is covered in oil due to the o ring on the new icp letting go. I spent all day disassembling everything and degreaseing my motor the day before it went too.... Before hand it looked like maybe the IPR had a little residue on it so I ordered the oring kit for that just waiting on that to come. If memory serves me correcty when it was warm it was like 14-16%. What should the pressure be when its revved up with no load?

I finally got the rebuild kit and rebuilt my ipr. everything seem to be in working order, i cleaned everything and reinstalled it and nothing changed... I am so at a loss I guess I need to sell my snowmobile and buy AE from Clay.....

With a p1316 what are the odds it could be my idm?

as a couple weeks have passed since i rebuilt my ipr the problem has come and gone. It starts fine for a few days then it gets worse, i have noticed the closer my fuel gets to a 1/4 tank the worse it gets I am also notice my fuel gauge is kind of acting up. would the mixing chamber in the tank cause the starting issue?
