My 2009 Escape Hybrid's tail lights are out, and after checking the manual, none of the fuses specifies control of them. Does anyone know which fuse I need to replace, or what else could be wrong? My brake lights work just fine, as well as my headlights.

Do your dash lights work? You kmay also look at that fuse.
And, just because the fuse looks good does not mean it is. They can blow and the area you can see will look like it is ok but the end will be gone. Replace it anyway.
The top of the fuse has a bit of exposed metal contact at each end. If you have a volt meter or 12V tester, you should have 12V from both points to ground.
