Need Help

no power, poor rpm on 2003 6 litre
turbo wines, motor will only turn up just over 2000 rpm. i had a bad injector and a stuck turbo. i changed the injector, cleaned the turbo and still no change. cleaned the vct control valve and ebr valve(with carb cleaner) i brought it to the ford dealership and had it hooked up to computer and they said all injectors are running fine and good turbo pressure, i have all the latest updates and had code poo46(turbo boost control solenoid) did a performane test and it was ok. they found ebp sensor too high (indicating plugged exhaust). i took the exhaust off before the cat and still no change, put a new ebp sensor on and made sure piped clean, still no change. if i plug the vct control valve the turbo will open up and the motor will red line. now why wont my computer control the vct or do i have other issues? thanks in advance for any advice!

Do you have any mods? Have you checked your MAP sensor hose for plugging?

I think i read on here you are not supposed to clean the VGT control valve. Maybe that could be problem JMO

Good catch - it is possible to damage it when cleaning it!

when I step on the pedal , very little smoke. Just checked the MAP sensor, looks clean, after I cleaned the VCT control valve,Ford did a performance test and said it was working fine. Only mods I have is a 4 inch exhaust.rest is all stock. Ford also said I have full turbo boost.
