Ive replaced the EGR, IAC sensor, TPS, cleaned the air bypass valve, checked for a vacuum leak, and ive got nothing. Once the engine gets past the initial high idle, it dies. Any ideas what might be causing this? thanks.

A code 21 is ECT (engine coolant temperature) out of self test range.
A code 51 is ACT (air charge tomperature)/ ECT (engine coolant temperature) reads -40 degrees, or circuit open.
A code 98 is electronic pressure control driver open in PCM (powertrain control module)(E4OD Transmission only).
I sould start by checking out the ECT and ACT sensor resistance. The temperature has to be higher than 50 degrees and lower than 180 degrees. The values are the same for the ACT and ECT. At 68 degrees the resistance should be 37.3 K ohms, and this value drops as the temperature increases down to 3.84 K ohms at 176 degrees. If they are somewhat in line, I would check for something open in your PCM. Good luck!
The ACT will be somewhere in the intake manifold. I'm not sure which engine you have, but on the 5.0, it's on the driver's side of the lower intake manifold.
Replaced the ACT sensor, everything runs great now, i replaced so many things that it runs better than i can ever remember lol, Anyways as soon as it started idling again i changed the oil, and took the beast out on the road, check engine light stayed on for about the first 20 miles, but then it went off. Id say i drove about 60 miles tonight, and didnt have one problem, thanks for everyone's help.
