I have a 1986 F250 extended cab,4x4 with duallys. It has a 460 with a holly carb in it, I am not sure that the previous owner took a 350 frame and put the 250 body on it, but any ways. I have bought a new rear steel tank it is Dorman Fuel Tank 576-119 19 gal. I cannot find the right fuel pump assembly for it and am very frustrated after buying one for the side tank. Does anyone know the correct fuel pump that I need? The only one I can find is for a poly tank on a 7.5l.
One of our sponsors Ed Olson www.partsguyed.com sells it for $186.52
(Ed recently had a stroke; even though he won't be returning to work until next month,
his co-workers are answering Web orders in their spare time. This is a Ford dealership (I
think Horizon Ford in Seattle, WA) so please be patient with them if you choose to buy
there and they seem slow.)

Because the part number was superseded, different sellers have it listed under different part numbers.
The only place listing it under the E5TZ-9H307-FA new number is Nelson Ford Kia in Virgina.
All the other places reference it as the old number, E5TZ-9H307-F
Actually, I can tell you the differences... the EFI pump will pump at a higher pressure (that
system runs on around 37 psi IIRC whereas carbs use 4-7 psi).
