Yes the intake will fit, all SBF heads are the same spec with regards to the intake location and spacing.

E7's are the stock heads your truck should have. I think Mustang GTs also had the E7's along with non lightning trucks with the 351w. Pretty sure that's right.

could this E7T heads come of a 1992 to 1995 ford lightning? the GT40 heads that i bough were not pollution heads. there is a set that i am looking. the guy say its off a ford lightning. he said there 351W and gave me the casting Number E7T.
my questin is are these heads better than the 302 on my 93 f150? and which head would be better the GT40 or the 351W?

The E7 from a 302 and the E7 from a 351 would be the same heads.. You should already have these heads on your truck. The GT40s came stock on the Lightning. If he is finding E7s on a Lightning, someone probably put those heads on after messing up the GT40s. Go with GT40 heads or GT40P heads if you can. With GT40P's you will have to find headers that are designed to fit them, but they are out there. GT40s are easier to mess with though b/c you can use headers designed for your truck.

Again... what are the casting numbers off these heads? You will find the casting number on the head gasket side near one of the center intake ports, get this info and post it up.

Agreed.. You need to go look at these heads yourself, not let somebody else tell you what they are.

i dont have the GT40 heads. i got a refun on them but when i looked at the heads i seen the GT and i believe F3ZEAA on the casting

so the heads that i been looking at supposedly are from a 351 windsor of a lightning. the shop said this heads will flow better than the 302 heads

are the heads from a 351w and 302 the same? or do the 351w flow better?

The heads E7 heads between the 302 and 351 are the same heads. Flow the same... The GT40s between the 302 and 351 are also the same and flow the same.

if he is telling you he is putting e7 heads on my advice is get your truck out of that shop. he will prolly clean yours and say theyre new. E7 are The same 302 0r 351 the only difference is the bolt diameter on the head bolts, thats it. seriously by the sounds your being scammed.

Those are real GT40 heads and they're better than E7TEs. Why did you take them back?

Well if they are E7TE castings they are NOT from a Lightning.. I don't care what your guy says, and they won't flow any better than a set from a 302.

Yes they are IDENTICAL except for the bolt hole size. You have to get GT40 heads(like you had) to get better flow and it doesn't matter if they come off a 302 or 351 they will both work on your motor.
