I agree with High Binder

I use the Diesel Kleen as well grey in the summer, white in the winter. I buy the gallon size and the 24oz size was bought once. I keep re-filling the 24oz one from the larger and keep it in my truck. Had to make a small modification to the ext cab door so the bottle fits right in the holder. I am also heavier than lighter and probably add more than 8 oz/ 25 gal.

From the Bottle, 80 oz to 250 gal. & I double it when I tow our 37 footer.

DIESEL KLEEN (Silver Bottle)
80 oz./250 gal = 0.32 oz/gal
5.0 gal = 1.60 oz
10.0 gal = 3.20 oz
15.0 gal = 4.80 oz
20.0 gal = 6.40 oz
25.0 gal = 8.00 oz
30.0 gal = 9.60 oz
35.0 gal = 11.20 oz

Ford Motorcraft cetane booster.
.128 oz. per gallon
3.2 oz. per 25 gallon
1 gallon can treats 1,000 gallons of fuel.
1 gallon of Motorcraft booster about $43

Where do you get the Ford/Motocraft booster? Only at the dealership?

I was wondering about your numbers. Checking the 20 oz. bottle it says it treats 125 gals.

20oz./125 gals = 0.16oz/gal of diesel or 1.0 oz/6.25 gal of diesel.

Does the 1 gal size show a different mixture rate???

About 1/2 the rate of Diesel Kleen but twice the cost so it would be a push when I double the rate of the Diesel Kleen when I tow.

The only problem with Ford Booster is accurately measuring .128 / oz. per gallon at a fuel station. It is very easy to put in twice as much erring on caution, which makes it very cost ineffective.

For example, putting in 4 ounces instead of 3.2 for a 25 gallon fill up is 25% more than the standard dose. I can't accurately measure 3.2 oz. at the fuel pump, can you?

That $43 per gallon turns into $53.75 or $70.00 very easily.

I put my Power Service into a round 16 oz. plastic bottle with a flip top spout. I've marked it in ounces and can come pretty close to the recommended 1:400 ratio.

I use a real simple method of using a plastic baby bottle that has oz. & ml. & round to the nearest 1/2 or full ounce as I don't wait until I'm almost empty to fill. We all do our own thing, which ever works the best for our needs.

Well I can, I have a 16 oz. empty 2 stroke oil container which is self gauging for mixing and I fill it with Motorcraft Cetane booster. The bottle sits in the rear door panel compartment. 1 gallon treats 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel, which makes it less costlier then that you use.
