I have two lines that are leaking so i got new plastic caps and viton 0-rings. The first one that i changed was directly under the fuel filter. it continued to leak so i used a different cap and new 0-rings again and it is still leaking. Is there something that is making this happen. FYI it starts leaking instantly after start up. The new caps i got are slightly different than the ones on the truck. The ones on the truck seem to pass by the injector where the others seem to go straight through. The guy behind the counter at the International dealer told me they are the same thing and will work fine. He had never seen the one i showed him. Are they the same or is this why i keep getting leaks

You got the old style 6.9 caps. You need the new style 7.3 caps. I know there is a differenct in the line size. new style or the caps that pass by and not "strait through" are bigger then the old style at least on the line size.
