That is one ugly accessory! Just couldn't do that to my truck. Hmmm, Unless I would get 35mpg. Actually I still couldn't do it.

I figured out the solution to my MPG problem! I bought a Civic! My monthly diesel bill + oil changes averaged out over the year comes $700 a month. Civic is costing me 300 a month plus gas. Should save 300 a month and get to keep my Excursion and now I can put some mud tires on it!!
How does a civic cost you $300 a month plus gas? My civic cost me about $30 a month including gas!

I bought a 2001 Mazda Protege for $2,900 (cash) since I'm traveling several states away every week. I miss driving the Excursion but there's no way I could afford putting gas in it for 1500 mile round trips every week.

Add a car payment on top of your gas bill and it would be that much. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a cheap car to save money tho huh?

Oh yeah, I overlooked a car payment. I don't do those, it is cash or nothing, I hate being in debt!
