IF so, let me have it... big deal or not ? what all needs to be swapped out? why didnt they put tilt wheels in XLs, ???? AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH this project is killing me
Thanks again!

Yeah just swap in a tilt column that has the same trans (auto or manual) as you have.

Yes, it should be a direct swap. You can use the auto column with a manual trans if you don't mind the shifter sticking out. You can even drive out the roll pin that holds the shift lever in and pull it out, then you will just have the hole where the shift lever was.

Just to make sure I get all the parts I need, what all should I take off the donor,? will the column be one whole piece?
thanks

Resurrecting this. I have a 94 nontilt no cruise column. Can I make it a tilt with any mods on my non tilt column or do i need to find a tilt non cruise column if my truck does not have the harness for cruise in it. I want to a cruise but may not be able to do to no harness. It's a 94 XL. Thanks
