O/T Problems with CPP??

Has anyone else had problems getting stuff shipped out from CPP? I called on the 21 of Feb and ordered two parts, both of which were in stock. They said they would get them right out. I called again March 3 and they said they should go out this Monday. Is it just me or is it insane to make your customer wait 10 business days to ship out 2 small items that you have sitting on your shelves??

The only problem i've had with them is that they pulled their cross member kits from eBay and I messaged them about it and they never got back with me, so I had to go with someone else. 10 days seems excessive to me too, you can't do that in 2011 business moves faster than that now.

Cant say I've had any problems with them. I got quite abit of stuff from them including my disk brake kit. I ordered my brake kit from them on a Monday and got it that Friday and didn't have to pay extra for it. Now Jegs is another story. CPP, Summit and LMC I've had nothing but good dealings with and will continue to use...

I ordered some ball joints for my Mustang II a long time ago and some stock spindles. Original manufacturer was TCI but I thought those things were pretty universal

I talked to the tech support guys at CPP and they told me it was interchangable. So I ordered them. Spindles I waited a long time to put them on. Prob over a year.

Ball joints were diff from TCI to CPP. So I ended up shipping them back to CPP and ordered TCI.

CPP charged me a restocking fee which was crazy cause they told me they would work. So I sent a certified letter telling them it was their error and not mine so I shouldn't be charged a restocking fee. It took them a week or two but they refunded my money. Still aggravating though when that kind of stuff happens

I've bought a few things from them. The only problem I've had is that their 48-52 SS reproduction windshield wiper arms were about 1/2 inch too long. I kept them anyway. Delivery time has not been an issue...

I ordered all of my steering stuff from them (column, u-joints, shafts, heim bearing). No problems at all. They were out of stock on one of the flaming river u-joints and asked if I wanted to wait a week so they could ship everything in one package. I agreed to that & it was all shipped about a week after I called the order in.

Have to say that i have had nothing but the best experience with CPP. I ordered a master cylinder/booster under cab kit that came the same week. I had a couple of noob questions as I was installing it. Tech support was very knowledgeable. They were also very patient with me which was huge in my book.
