I painted a vinyl one before and it came out good, I just used interior paint, I think Dupli-Color makes it, you can get it at a parts store

My customers paint plastic everyday. Almost every car on the road today has some kind of painted plastic on it (bumper/trim). Different plastics are prepped differently but the same paint goes on it. We also have an interior converter for our basecoats.
