Leveling Kit Help

I am planning on buying a levling kit / Bilstein shock combination for my 2005 Ford F250. I would like to see if anyone has any suggestions on making the installation easier. Better yet, does anyone have instructions on how to install it? Do I need a tool of some sort to compress the coil springs? Thanks for the help!

unbolt shocks trackbar swaybar and jack up the bumper

So I unbolt all these parts while the truck is still sitting on the ground and then jack up the bumper? Then take the wheels off and I should be able to remove the springs without compressing them?

You will want to get a spring compressor. That helped with my 2.5" spacers.

i didn't use one just watch vacuum lines to the hub's wheels on

its alot easier with a spring compressor but you can do it without

hell i did mine without a spring compressor. its easy. like they said unbolt all that stuff but i jacked the bumper up first. use jack stands under the axle if you take the tires off. i took my tires off to make it easier but if your small enough you can do it with the tires on and they act like your jack stands
