Transmission problem?
I was driving my 2002 F250 automatic 7.3 diesel the other day, I was going about 25mph when I thought the tranny slipped a little. Then all of the sudden my truck was just rolling like it was in neutral. I pulled over to the side of the road. The truck wouldnt move when I put it in gear.Then I figured out that if I shut the truck off for bout 4min I could start it back up and put the truck in gear and drive about 45 feet before it wouldnt move, Luckily I was only a 1/2 mile from my house. It took a few minutes but I made it home. Is the tranny shot? Maybe torque con.? or a pump?. Tranny fluid was full and didnt smell bad. Any thoughts?

Welcome to FTE !! Well is the trans fuild full? Any leaks ? Next would be check codes? I wish I could be more help. But don't worry the guys here are very helpful and sure someone who knows more than me will come along. Good Luck
