If your switch is on the left side of the column I would think you could just swap switches with anouther '87-'91 that has delay wipers, I recently replaced my switch in my '94 with a new one, it is a seald unit, which is not only your wiper/washer switch, but your high beam, turn siginals, and hazard lights as well, one with delay should just plug right in I'd think.

You can swap it BUT, you WON'T get intermittent wipers by doing so.

You also need the Module to have Intermittent wipers.

Sorry about that, I thought (without looking) that '87-'96 were all the same.
I would think then that your setup would be like the '73-'79 type style on the dash, so if you'll go to a wrecking yard and get the complete setup from a '87-'91 you should have no problem doing this swap, get the switch, and the delay box, which are together just behind the switch, behind the dash, it should be a plug and play type swap if its like a '73-'79, right Dennis??

Yes, it's the '7?-91 system that you need, and if you get the switch AND the module, it's plug&play.
