Your opinion, on best way to attack those bolts?

So where would an oil produce pretty clean oil dripping down to the TC, it seems like a leak at the CAC boots would have a hard time doing this as it would be pretty dirty. Any one have any other suggestions

Its the EBPV piston leaking oil at the pedestal. Here's what you need: Riffraff Diesel: Exhaust Backpressure Valve piston rebuild kit

At work they are in delivery vans so removeing the doghouse makes it easy. On our trucks, I would think, remomoving the uppipe would be the easiest way to get them. I would be darn sure to use a mirror or camera to verify they are the culprit before going through all that work.

Yeah really...gotta "wet" oil pan, just not sure if its coming from above or the dipstick nut, cuz the valley is bone dry.

Will this really leak such clean looking oil? I imagined if it were leaking oil through the turbo and exhaust it would be pretty dirty like the leaks from the CAC boots are, then again I'm a fairly new wrench turner....
I actually was looking at that kit last night and all I could think about was that I just had everything out of there to put the plenum inserts boots and HPx in and it makes me wanna just have a drink.....

Steve, it gets easier every time you do it. Plus, new o-rings never hurt anyone

haha, yea I'm sure it gets easier, even since the last time i pulled the IC pipes it got easier to do the same thing...even though Im still sore from kneeling on the radiator supports to be able to reach everything. I guess it'll be an excuse to pull the turbo and put in a WW...
I can run for a while w/o doing anything right?

Had the same leak it was the turbo ped O-rings at the engine mount. They are on the very back of the valley on drivers side. I looked for a long time. Had the same oil trail as your pics.

Okay gang since the OP has received so many different diagnoses, I am going to point out where I came up with my conclusion and why it isn't the pedestal to turbo o-rings or the pedestal to engine block o-rings.

In the OP's picture which I copied and highlighted, you can see that there is no oil on the pedestal where it meets the turbo. Therefore, those upper o-rings are not leaking. Additionally, you can see oil around the EBPV piston and surrounding area on the pedestal. Since oil doesn't travel up, its not the pedestal to block o-rings. Therefore, its the EBPV piston leaking. All that seals that piston is a fiber washer that leaks eventually.

Now, in order to repair that leak, the pedestal has to come out so the o-rings should be changed anyway. Here's what you need: Riffraff Diesel: Exhaust Backpressure Valve piston rebuild kit

It includes the pedestal o-rings so you should be all set
