Replacing Throttle Body
I have a rough idel and when they replaced the spark plugs they also cleaned my TB. Rough idel continues. They recomend replacing the TB. My question is what part of the TB "breaks"? Is it the TB itself or the gears and motor that make it work? I have done a search and I can get a new one either way. Most come without the motor. Any help would be great. Ps the truck was throwing codes for the TB.
I spent $750 on the plugs, programming and TB cleaning. I really don't want to spend more than I have to.
