injector problems?

injector problems?
I have a 97 powerstroke with 166,000 miles. It has stage 1 injectors, a modded 17 hpop, and a dp tuner chip. I was recently on my way home and truck made a loud clunk and started blowing white smoke everywhere. It is running very rough and doesnt want to stay running. I pulled injector plug 1 at a time and all it did was make smoke more black. I was told maybe an injector. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yup, like Darin said pull the covers and look for burned pins and such. While you are in there you may as well change the GP's and maybe even the O-rings. You may have a O-ring fail. Where do you live?
