Welcome back again for another fun ride this week.
Rainy mon & Tues but sun all week after that! Great week for sure!
I hope everybody had a good weekend. I sure did, weather was great and got to visit with Family. It don't get no better.

Chili today, seventy tamale... (or so I'm told)
Actually - where I live seventy is pronounced "Sebenny"

PS: Scott - I'm cooking up a bunch of one of my fave Mexican dishes tonight. Authentic Menudo, with extra chile spice!!!
Think of it as a mass quantity of cholesterol offset by a hyper abundance of "ROUGHAGE". Tasty as all hell tho

My Brother in San Diego cooks up Chitlins from time to time - but he feeds it to his Pit Bulls...

Did you know that both Scotch Broth and Pepper Pot (once popular Campbells soups) bear a passing resemblance to Menudo? It takes a man who reads the fine print on cans of things he likes to uncover such information
