Anyone? I really want to know if it is worth the 180.00 for the 500,000 miles with no additives they claim, and no cavitation problems. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Motox, I personnally don't use it but I know of others who do. At the Ford Diesel Rally last year near Lake George N.Y. There was a guy there who sold it. I watched him do the change out.It really is interesting to say the least.

Just ordered it. total for 8 gallons came to 224.00. 46.00 was for shpping out of that. OUCH. Thank god i will only have to do this 1 time. Thanks for all your help.
Does this reqire any cooling system maifications? ( for the evans cooling). Would a coolant filter be a good idea with this? 500K with no additives! Is this also accurate?
From what I've read on the other site some of the guys put the coolant filter on when changing their coolant. The write up by Evans Coolant says 500,000 miles if I'm not mistaken. I must say I haven't switched over to Evans as my truck only has 16,000+ miles on it. I have given it some thought though
Denny.
Any other comments on this coolant would be appreciated. I am considering it when I do m first flush and coolant change. If it really lasts this long than I think it might be a good investment for the $$. Does anybody know of any coolant system problems with this coolant? Or is it compatible with the cooling system (hoses, seals, etc...)?
ANDYWK! Does this reqire any cooling system maifications?
The instructions i read tell you to drill a hole into the radiator cap to vent the pressure. Then once you have driven it for awhile letting the evaporated leftover water steam out to then finish filling the reservior with the evans. Powerstroke takes 8 gallons.
