2000 e-250 5.4 issue

2000 e-250 5.4 issue
I have a customer that has the 5.4 litre engine. The right bank is not firing at all. I have heard that they have a spark issue. Is anyone aware of this issue? Pleas let me know. I would appreciate it. Thanks, Dan
