I got a lift on my truck and ever since it has trouble going into overdrive. Someone told me I probably need new gears, but what size would be best? And will I lose power by going to different gears? Please help me out, my gas mileage is killing me.

If its 4wd you'll need to change out front and back if you want lower gears.
You will gain power to the ground with lower gears.
With the lifts you have and the tires your turning, I'd be surprised if you ever got better than 10 mpg, that's just the law of big tires and lifts.
We really need to know what gears you currently have, kind of tranny( manual or auto), size of motor, and if it's 4wd or not.
Since you are running 35 inch tires, your driveline is spinning much slower, so the computer thinks you are going slower than you really are. Therefore, it is reluctant to switch the tranny into OD. If you want to reverse this problem you would need a "shorter" gear.
Problem is...some of these Rangers already have 4.10 gears in them. That's what mine is. And I haven't heard of anything lower than that for a stock rear-end.
