woundering if anyone has a how to on this or can answer simple questions.1 how do i get it in there?2 how much to pump in there?3is wheel bearing hi temp aright it use?
You can get it in there with a flush style grease fitting. Another route to go is to use a homemade tool like the one in this Lubing Hubs Through The ABS Hole. It is really a great idea that SpringerPop came up with to do this job. Texas Outlaw fabbed some up for a few guys on here.
The grease is also covered in that post!
I made an adapter based off of the drawing in the above post. Works quite well and allows you to not make a mess. I usually pump a few shots of grease then rotate the hub, then a few more shots. You do not need to "pack it full". The idea is fresh grease in there will help it stay lubricated.
LOVE your photo skills, Ken! Wish my camera and ability were anywhere up to that level!

Ready for this........those are pictures from my phone! I have a Motorola Droid, it uses an LED for the flash so it takes really good pictures up close. Cool part is I can send them right to Photobucket from the phone. I pretty much use it for all my forum pictures.
Just squirting some grease down the hole with a standard grease fitting worked great for me. I just used my finger to press it down into the hole after a few pumps. Then I rotated the bearing assembly then a few more pumps.
A fitting would be cool or a rubber nozzel type of fitting would be good also but I didn't feel like spending another $5-$10 at Harbor Freight for the set of tips. And I'm not a machinist so I can't make one.
