Have the same problem with my springs. Where did you get the parts and what was the part number? Was it a Ford Dealer?

It was really an easy deal. The "kit" the dealer had turned out to be the isolator kit for the F250. the isolators are plastic or nylon, I can't tell. They went in easy and the problem is solved. The kit also contains bushing that go around the spring mounts that are not needed.
