So when I back up hit the binders feel a thunk sometimes a shutter . Hit the binders a few times seems to go away. Well tonite put it in revese turned wheel hard shuttered while on throttle tried a few more times doesnt always do it could it be the rear end?
no lift 245/75/17 last nite was the first time it did it while on gas. usually it when you back up and hit the binders , but if you tap em a few times while backing it would stop but while on the gas I dont know
Mine does too when i turn to tight but i have 315/75R16. It hits my i think sway bar but i am not sure. It might be a tire rub thats what it is with my truck, the whole truck shakes. I would look at your body behind the front tires to see if there is any rub marks. Or i could be misunderstanding your question. ha
What year truck? How many miles? What code on the door for your axle? Do you have a limited slip? Sounds like the clutches in your limited slip are chattering.
2006 f350 5.4 100,000 miles axle code 37 if it is a ltd slip it is very ltd! and its not tire rubbing it feels like it comes from rear of truck. Could it be a u joint? seem ok. Rarely when rolling forward a metallic clink clank sound then gone .....driving me nuts!
