I have a 1993 F350 Crew Cab and since it's been raining here, I've noticed droplets of fuel on the ground. Upon closer inspection, I see that the drip is coming out from this pipe (see attached picture). What does this pipe do? Is it for some kind of overflow. Is it normal to see drips coming out from here?
For those that know what this does, please explain it's function. Thanks all.
your '93 will be the IDI rather than the PSD,so you asked in the wrong section.
however, that is diesel fuel.pop the hood and look around the very top of the engine.you'll see plastic caps and fuel lines running up both sides of the engine.if you see a cap or line leaking there, then you need an "injector install kit".it's pretty inexpensive and just about like anything on this engine, you can fix yourself with ease.
