Well I got my push rods from ford today.

Anxious all day to get home and put them in looked at my rocker arm before reinstalling it and 2 cracks in it.

Guess I'll be going back to ford tomorrow. With my luck they won't have one in stock.

I'm going crazy not being able to drive it

Cam lobe......

If you can get a bore scope, look at your cam lobe. Or measure the distance the tip of your pushrods travel on that cylinder compared to others. Piece of mind.

Absolutley yes I would, It can only get easier the next time around right?

I would just say have some kind of hoist to help get the heads on and off and you'll be just fine.

Cam wipeout......

I have seen rockers that broke or spit a pushrod, the pushrod gets wedged and as the cam continues around the lobe can get wiped out. Usually only happens if people continue to drive with the miss.

I was wondering if that was what you were thinking. With as much as these motors cost i hope people shut them down before that happens. Seen a few small block chevys do that.
