Power Steering leak

I have a 2003 6.0L that has developed a pretty nasty leak. It it leaking power steering fluid (ATF) from the Master Cylinder. I degreased everything under there and ran it a bit. It doesn't appear to be coming from a line or fitting. Has anyone had any issues similar to this. I haven't had much luck searching the web or here about this one.

I have the same problem with my 2003 Ford 6.8L. I actually just found it so i havent had a chance to do anything with it...I would check the cap if anything, but you said its from the master cylinder right?

The master cylinder can't leak ATF since it only has brake fluid in it...

The booster is hydraulic that is run off of the power steering pump. The power steering pump uses ATF. Sure can leak ATF.
