for ford f-250's. I see that you can spend 300-1500 or so. Is there really that big a difference in the lower end and upper end ones. I need some better fuel economy, not towing, or more power. I see bully dogs etc.

What is the story in picking one out?

 

Technically a tuner isn't going to get you much more than 1 mpg. If you saw 2 i would be really supprised. The tuners are usually more for performance enthusiats and usually wind up getting worse mileage because their getting into the pedal more.
