Track Bar

I posted this in the Super Duty forum but wasn't getting any love. Maybe one of my 6.0 compadres can help me.

Has anyone used Precision Metal Fabs (or similar) Track bar to eliminate that ball joint setup on the 06-07 ? I've only seen 2 out there. Theirs and the one from WC Motorsports which is ridiculously overpriced. Any input from those who either have one or have researched one would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I just replaced my sway bar bushings with the plastic inserts. Probably not what you are talking about, but it bumps your thread....

I agree the Kelderman kits carry a hefty price tag. I've never been able to afford to put one on any of my trucks. Imagine my giddiness when I found this truck for sale on Ebay at a Texas dealership last year. Description said "air suspension". Called and no one knew anything about it. I blew up the pictures of the wheel wells and played with the contrast to be able to see the brackets. Knew in an instant what it was. Flew to Dallas to get it and drove it home to NY. So i know just what you're talking about.

As for the track bar, I'm all for a better setup but the WC Motorsports kit is almost a grand for a threaded bar and some rod ends. I don't mind paying a fair price but I think that one includes R&D. Just my $.02

Ok well that explains it lol. Sorry for judging and yeah $1000 is rediculous for a track bar. Good luck hopefully if anyone has upgraded theirs they will chime in.

I am in search for the same info. Been reading for a week already on it. Member lexustbs is installing a WC bar Monday as he last posted. Hopefully he will get good results & we can get some feedback then.
