The sway bar clunk fixed !
After a year of the clunk growing from suspicious to loud, it was time to fix it ! and I found this article on FTE

Im not sure who the author was or is, but this was VERY helpful, thank you whoever you are. I did end up taking the arms to a machine shop to have the bushings pushed out, but after that it was easy street. Using impact wrench and air ratchet was a must.
