is there anything else i can do to get alittle more out of her?
What are you looking to get out of her? Mileage, power, chicks?
If you want more power then I agree with the others that you need to re-gear to make better use of the power you already have. That might even get you the mileage increase, depending on your driving habits.
Now if you want to pick up chicks, you just need some NOS and Si-R stickers.

just put more hid lights and things that flash and go beep, it will be like your playing your nintendo.
the sad side is YES! it is not. ford built it as a even fire motor, to do so the crank design is crazy so crazy it makes it weak. the rod jurnals are off set right on top of each other, so right at that point you have a major weak zone. plus it's long and not strong.
the pistons don't have any skirt, they are just long enough to hold 3 rings and a pin. any good shot of boost and they are gone. then cast pistons never were good for turbo's,ford proved it to them selfs back in the late 70's when they put a turbo pushing 7 pounds on the 2.3 in the mustang, every one melted pistons, when they brought it back out for the svo t-bird the pistons were forged and the full low end steel not cast,
v10 wise and something i'm sad to say, a old dodge with their v10 is a better base to build a hot rod motor truck off of and they prove it with blown vipers. it was designed to last and make incredable amounts of hp.
again the best way to play with this motor is gears gears and gears,
not interested in MPG. but power. so i'm thinking 4:30s or 4:56s might be the awsner. thanks guys i kinda figured i'd allready done what there was to do. minus the gears.
i was lucky when it came to my gear sets .the 456's i used were take outs from a truck i put 538's into, man the 456's made that old girl come to life big time, even after all the stock motor parts went back on, she still had a ton of smarts,i have to thank out MIA member fredvon4,as he was correct about the factory 430 option gears, the truck and motor love them
u should just go 5:13's i got them in one of my truck and they are nice!
way to much man. 456' is the very top with over sized tires. i did the 513 for my customer because of the tires and lift he had after it was done he hated the truck so much he traded it in for a brand new one.
